Ingredients

  • 5 Strawberries (100 g)

  • 1 Kiwi

  • 30 mL gluten free oats (2 Tbsp)

  • 30 mL mixed seeds (2 Tbsp)

  • 60 mL 100% berry juice (4 Tbsp)

  • 60 mL water (4 Tbsp)

  • Ice (optional)

Method

  • Whizz the ingredients in a blender. Serve with two rice cakes topped with smooth herb cottage cheese or peanut butter to make a balanced meal.
